All offers, orders and deliveries are made exclusively in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any deviations must be confirmed by us in writing. Any deviating provisions in the terms and conditions of our client are hereby contradicted. The place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Hamburg.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices in our shop and on our website are www.woodcardz.de including the statutory value added tax. No liability is assumed for the up-to-dateness of the published prices. Any price change without prior notice is reserved. We assume no liability for incorrectly entered prices or due to system problems.
Our offers are subject to change in price, quantity and delivery time. Intermediate sale is reserved. Legally binding acceptance of the order takes place only by our written confirmation. Obvious typing and calculation errors are not binding. Offers are only valid as long as the stock lasts.
Requested samples will be charged at the unit price plus shipping costs. In the case of the return of ordered samples, a credit is only credited in the amount of the value of the goods. Shipping costs are not credited here. Please also refer to the paragraph “Returns of goods” later in these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and shipping costs
Deliveries are made from stock on account and at the risk of the customer. Shipping is done with a carrier of our choice. The shipping costs amount to 2,- Euro plus. VAT up to a value of 12,- Euro – after that we ship free of charge. This means that all costs for packaging, delivery documents and standard transport and delivery costs for normal shipping are compensated. Subsequent deliveries can sometimes not be avoided, but are free of charge. An agreed delivery date shall be deemed to have been met if the goods have been handed over to a carrier no later than one calendar day before the agreed day of arrival.
Delay in delivery
In no case shall the customer be entitled to compensation for delayed or omitted deliveries. If agreed delivery times cannot be met due to force majeure, an operational disruption or delay in delivery by our suppliers, we are entitled to extend the delivery period in order to extend the period of hindrance or to withdraw from the contract.
If the client is a private consumer, the statutory warranty period applies, in all other cases six months.
Complaints must be addressed to us within 8 days – in the case of hidden defects, immediately after becoming aware. The goods complained of must be made available to us upon request for collection at the place of original delivery. If the goods have already been delivered or distributed to several recipients, any costs for the merging of the complained goods shall not be borne by us. In the event of a legitimate complaint, we have the right to rectification, replacement delivery, reduction or conversion. The right to compensation is limited to intent or gross negligence. We expressly point out that we cannot take back refined goods that have not been refined by ourselves as a complaint. The buyer therefore undertakes to inspect the goods before finishing (printing, gluing and the like) for conformity with the ordered goods and any defects or to have them examined by his processing company.
Colour designations and sizes
The colour names and sizes given in our publications (catalogue, Internet, etc.) are not subject to any standards. Inferences about certain dimensions or general colour ideas are not possible on the basis of this information and do not give rise to any objections.
Wood is a natural product and can in any case deform, discolor, discard and, if necessary, not take the shape of the original again in any weather.
Due to the product wood, it can lead to astone closures, dentures and other grains in the surface.
The display of our wood products and their colours on www.woodcardz.de may differ from the printed one, as this is a natural product, we cannot give an exact guarantee for the reproduction of colours.
You have the right to cancel an order for unfinished products within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, at the latest from receipt of the product, stating reasons. In order to comply with this period, it is sufficient to send the goods in good order in good time (see section “Returns of goods”).
In the event of an effective recall, services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits drawn shall be surrendered. The replacement of the value of the returned goods is always made as a credit note, which you can redeem at any time with us. This must be created by us within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your revocation declaration, for us with its receipt.
Returns of goods
Goods that can be shipped by parcel must be returned at your risk. You must bear the costs of the return. Goods returned to us without released will not be accepted by us. Woodcardz GmbH shall only bear the costs of the return if the goods were damaged upon delivery to the customer or if the order has been processed incorrectly by Woodcardz GmbH.
We accept returns of new, unfinished goods if our delivery is not more than four weeks ago.
Either the invoice is already enclosed with the delivery, or our delivery note is enclosed and the invoice is received a few days later, which is to be paid within 14 days without deduction. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check via Schufa, Creditreform or any other information agency. We reserve the right to deliver only by cash on delivery, advance payment or other payment conditions to be agreed with the customer instead of the usual payment conditions.
In the event of late payment, reminder fees and default interest of 5% above the respective base interest rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank will be charged. If payment is not made even after a reminder within the time limit set therein, all outstanding invoices of the customer become due for payment immediately.
The client is solely liable if rights, in particular copyrights of third parties, are infringed by the execution of his order. The client shall infreethesy the contractor from all claims of third parties due to such infringement.
The IP address is temporarily cached by our provider, which serves its own security. We only collect further data when creating an account, as well as when ordering and processing the sales contract. Data is only passed on to shipping service providers for the delivery of goods. The servers of The German Post Office and DHL are located within the EU.
We may provide information at any time about the data we have stored about you. In addition, you can ask us to delete any data after the contracts have been processed. Because these are account accounts that include other services, the data will remain stored until we are prompted to delete it. In this case, however, the services also cease their affiliation.

In our company, there is no automatic determination of creditworthiness.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective in whole or in part, or should they contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the ineffective or missing provisions, the respective statutory provisions shall take place.
